Jerry Matthews Honored with Award

We’re thrilled to share that our Director of Storytelling, Jerry Matthews, has been honored with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Award from the Public Relations Society of America’s New Mexico Chapter. This recognition celebrates Jerry’s commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices, shaping narratives that welcome everyone to the table, and mentoring the next generation of communicators with empathy and rigor.

For years, Jerry has been an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community at SUNNY505 with his tireless commitment to the arts as a member and leader with the New Mexico Gay Men’s Chorus and the Albuquerque Community Foundation’s PRIDE Circle Advisory Board.
