Role Overview
We are seeking a Tourism & Hospitality Client Manager to lead marketing and communications initiatives for our tourism and hospitality clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in destination marketing and advertising, branding, and public relations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong communicator, and has a passion for promoting destinations, hotels, and attractions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tourism and hospitality clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, including PR, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Understand and manage New Mexico True Cooperative Advertising programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, media buying PR) to deliver high-quality campaigns and activations.
- Manage client budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
- Oversee content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging to enhance destination visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, consumer behaviors, and industry best practices.
- Identify new opportunities for clients to increase engagement and tourism revenue.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media relations, and social media strategy.
- Excellent project management and client relations skills.
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Familiarity with travel and tourism trends, particularly in the Southwest and New Mexico.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with tourism boards, hospitality brands, or travel publications.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and digital ad platforms.

Location: Remote / Flexible
Hours: 10-15 hours per week

We are looking for a talented Contract Social Media Content Creator to support multiple clients across diverse industries. This role is perfect for a creative professional who can craft engaging content, write compelling copy, design eye-catching visuals, and schedule posts for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design engaging social media content tailored to each client’s brand and audience.
Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, captions, and social media ads. - Create graphics and visuals that align with brand guidelines.
Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). - Monitor trends and suggest fresh, innovative content ideas.
Collaborate with the SUNNY505 team to align content with larger marketing strategies. - Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in social media content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools like Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or Meta.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and platform algorithms.
- Ability to adapt voice and style across different industries.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
- Bonus: Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or influencer marketing.
